Spanish wine- another favorite

Petite wine fr Vivaltus.love the intense fresh red fuits-cherry,berry on the nose + elegant smooth tanin. Upon breathing for 30mins, the black fruits appears. On the palate addition chocolate n fine oak .long finished . Thx to the collaboration w Jean Claude, ex- Petrus. Will one day try the Vivaltus Fresh red fruits. Berry cherry balanced.ribera del Duero, nvr go wrong 
CCan't fight a Ribera even if it's gran reserve...less intense red fruits/ shorter finished. Still balanced w good acidicity n tanin
Deep ruby.fresh black fruits (berry,plum) w mild spicy,chocolate, tobacco,earth.medium acidity but full delicate tannin, full bodied, long finished.  Ribera del duero, high altitude, surrounds by mountains, allowing fruits to ripen further w thick skin hence giving a higher tannin,more black fruits compared to Rioja
