read this Cortese grape while doing WSET. Finally got to try it. Lemon, green apple aroma w a light floral aroma(much much lesser than Sauvignon Blanc). This bottle not as acidic as described.

Young Tempranillo vs Malbec
Being young, both 2024,both give a fresh black fruits- plum, black currant.medium body w high tanin ( Tempranillo more than Malbec). Tempranillo does give a more spicy cedar flavor.
Austria whites
Citrus lemon w starfruits.Refreshing acidic. Tasted nutty but was told characteristics white pepper- not too convince
