Level of china wine making has improved significantly fr the last time I tasted. This one fr Yun Nan, high altitude. Dark ruby ,intense black fruits ( black berry), spicy pepperish with woody oak. Medium finish though.
Deep ruby.fresh black fruits (berry,plum) w mild spicy,chocolate, tobacco,earth.medium acidity but full delicate tannin, full bodied, long finished. Ribera del duero, high altitude, surrounds by mountains, allowing fruits to ripen further w thick skin hence giving a higher tannin,more black fruits compared to Rioja Ribera del duero- superb wine fr this area This my favourite fr Ribera del duero
One of the best burgundy.so balanced n long finished.definitely will b even better upon aging so delicate as compared to mersualt(which I really like that creamy buttery taste).
