Alsace Pinot Blanc 2023

Alsace dry high attitude area, coupled w dry spring,hardly any rain in 2023, allows optimal maturation of grapes hence giving it's more complex structure.
Clear pale lemon, w mild to medium intensity on nose- pear,lemon,grapefruit w hint of melon. Short finish though.medium acidity.  Good/ v good wine. Definitely more rounded n complex compare to Pinot Grigio
