Wines during various gatherings

Wine pairing dinner at Zing. Good experience to taste different level, different winery fr Burgundy.
JC gathering dinner. Excellent selection of wine paired w food at Imperial Treasure, great world city.
At my place. The Bordeaux wines were excellent . Matured enough to be enjoyed. This Amarone was surprisingly a delicate one compared to my previous Amarone encounter
Got the Etalon fr the producer during my trip to Bordeaux

Deep ruby.fresh black fruits (berry,plum) w mild spicy,chocolate, tobacco,earth.medium acidity but full delicate tannin, full bodied, long finished.  Ribera del duero, high altitude, surrounds by mountains, allowing fruits to ripen further w thick skin hence giving a higher tannin,more black fruits compared to Rioja Ribera del duero- superb wine fr this area  This my favourite fr Ribera del duero
